MĀZE
MĀZE is an "omakase" dining/cocktail concept by Justin and Tom Park, the duo behind award winning cocktail bar, Bar Leather Apron, MĀZE offers an innovative, integrated culinary and cocktail experience. 2024/2025 James Beard Award Nominee, Head Chef Ki Chung and 2023 James Beard Award Winner, Head Bartender Justin Park work collaboratively to craft an omakase dinner course (seasonal tasting menu with cocktail or non-alcoholic pairings) in which food and drink are conceived as intertwined creations. We offer two choices for dinner service: Our signature omakase experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu with cocktail or non-alcoholic pairings for $200/guest and a basic seasonal tasting menu for $125/guest with a side menu of optional add-ons. You will be asked to make your choice when seated. We do not have a child or a la carte menu. Young diners are required to partake in our normal course offering. We do not offer a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu.
