Razza - Jersey City
Razza is an intimate pizzeria in Jersey City, NJ centered around wood-fired pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients. Chef and owner Dan Richer, a six-time James Beard Award–nominated chef, is known for challenging conventional pizza-making practices with the goal of elevating the craft of pizza in America. The restaurant offers seasonally driven small plates, housemade bread and butter and a thoughtfully curated bar program. The only pizzeria to receive a three-star review from The New York Times, Razza was named Best Pizza in North America by 50 Top Pizza in 2019. The restaurant and Chef Dan Richer have been featured on Somebody Feed Phil, CBS Saturday morning and CNN’s Breaking Bread. Reservations are available 28 days in advance at noon.
