Every FHR booking comes with the same five benefits: daily breakfast for two, a room upgrade (subject to availability), guaranteed 4pm late checkout, early check-in at noon (subject to availability), and a $100 property credit for dining, spa, or other on-property charges. On top of that, the Platinum's $200/year FHR experience credit offsets your first $200 in FHR charges annually. The economics work because these benefits stack onto the room rate rather than replacing anything — and at the right properties, the daily breakfast and property credit alone exceed the rate premium FHR bookings typically carry over direct hotel rates. Who Can Use FHR FHR access requires a premium Amex card: the personal or business Platinum Card ($895/year), the Centurion Card, or the Morgan Stanley Platinum. Authorized users on those accounts also have access. The Amex Gold and Green cards don't include FHR.
