MĀZE is an "omakase" dining/cocktail concept by Justin and Tom Park, the duo behind award winning cocktail bar, Bar Leather Apron, MĀZE offers an innovative, integrated culinary and cocktail experience. 2024/2025 James Beard Award Nominee, Head Chef Ki Chung and 2023 James Beard Award Winner, Head Bartender Justin Park work collaboratively to craft an omakase dinner course (seasonal tasting menu with cocktail or non-alcoholic pairings) in which food and drink are conceived as intertwined creations.
