Led by James Beard Award nominee Chef Jun, Takai by Kashiba is a fine-dining Edomae style sushi restaurant specializing exclusively in nigiri sushi. Sushi counter dining is offered solely as Chef’s Omakase, with seatings at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Omakase is also available in the dining room, along with select à la carte sushi options. Vegan, vegetarian, and children’s menus are not available. Please disclose any allergies at the time of reservation.
